Of course, there is no project which wouldn’t have a piece of a designer or architect’s soul in it, but “Kondopoga Harbor” is exactly the one of the objects where the long-term desires and dreams of each of the design participants have been forming.
Конечно, нет таких проектов, в которых не оставалась бы частичка души дизайнера либо архитектора, но "Kondopoga Harbor" - это именно тот из объектов, при проектировании которого формировались долгосрочные желания и мечты каждого из участников проектирования.

This house client came to us literally desperate. At the moment we joined the project, the structure of the owner’s house had already been completely done on the site and the foundation for the bathhouse had been poured. The house designs were purchased as standard buildings and were not designed to suit the terrain, which created a gap between the customer’s wishes and the actual situation. There was no understanding of the way to organize the descent from the main house to the internal area, the difference between which was formed due to the relief. Some other designers proposed different options that did not suit the customer either functionally or aesthetically, which was difficult to argue with (we will attach images with the proposed options below). Our team proposed the optimal option, and moreover, we went further and literally connected two houses into one ensemble, obtaining a full-fledged covered gazebo with a technical room and an usable roof.
Заказчик данного объекта обратился к нам буквально в полном отчаянии. На момент подключения нас к проекту, на участке уже был полностью возведен конструктив хозяйского дома и залит фундамент под баню. Проекты домов были куплены как типовые постройки и не были переработаны под рельеф, что формировало пропасть между желаниями заказчика и реальной ситуацией. Отсутствовало понимание, каким образом организовать спуск из основного дома на внутренний участок, перепад между которыми сформировался за счет рельефа. Несколькими дизайнерами были предложены разные варианты, которые не устраивали заказчика ни функционально, ни эстетически, с чем сложно было поспорить (изображения с предлагаемыми вариантами прикрепим ниже). Нашей же командой был предложен оптимальный вариант, более того, мы пошли дальше и буквально соединили два дома в один ансамбль, получив полноценную крытую беседку с техническим помещением и эксплуатируемой крышей.

I would like to emphasize that this is only the main trigger task that lays on the surface. The Kondopoga Harbor project contained many small problems that clearly demonstrate that standard projects are not a panacea; each project like this requires modification to the features of the site which it was purchased for.
Хотелось бы подчеркнуть, что это только основная триггерная задача, которая лежала на поверхности. Проект Kondopoga Harbor хранил в себе множество мелких проблем, которые ярко демонстрируют то, что типовые проекты - это не панацея, каждый подобный проект требует доработки под особенности участка, для которого он приобретается.
